Should you worry? Probably not. For a mature, cash-generating giant like Microsoft, modest liquidity ratios aren't concerning. The company generates $136B in annual operating cash flow and has excellent access to capital markets. Microsoft could tap credit markets instantly if needed.
The declining ratios largely reflect efficient cash management: Microsoft isn't letting excess cash sit idle, earning nothing. The company returns cash to shareholders through dividends and buybacks rather than hoarding it on the balance sheet.
